Customers’ satisfaction on products and service is teswell’s target and honour. “customer is the king”. Teswell should take the whole responsibility for the quality of the products.”
Teswell keeps the following items,
1. Effective & strict quality control during manufacturing: Purchasing-IQC-Stock-taking out the material-Production QC-Aging product-Shockproof test-Working temperature test-QC test-QA-Whole sets into warehouse-Packaging-Shipping
2. Quality control policy: Teswell should take the responsibility for the working procedure.
Three principles:
A, Never accept the bad thing;
B, Never produce the bad quality products;
C, Never sell the bad quality products.
3. Warranty: 12 months after delivery.
The warranty does not include damages deyond teswell’s control. In no event shall teswell be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of anticipated profits, loss of time or any other losses incurred by the buyers in connection with the purchase, installation, operation or failure of the product.
Teswell are not responsible for viruses. Buyers should install anti-virus programs onto their own risk.
If the problems are caused by the buyers’ incorrect installing, dropping or some other artificial factors, buyers should bear all the freight charges and the spare parts charges which need to be repaired or replaced.
4. During the 12 months’ warranty period, teswell should repair the machines or change the spare parts which have quality problems themselves for free. And the freight charges should be paid by buyers.
When buyers’ loss causes by the machine’s quality itself and buyers need to be compensated by teswell, buyers should get the maximum amount of compensation for one set’s total price per one set.
5. During the first 15 days of warranty period, when 30% sets of the total amout products have quality problem themselves, buyers can return the products to teswell, and teswell will provide the same amout of new products to the buyer. The freight charges should be shared by both sides (buyers and teswell).
